Is this what you downloaded? When you install a Full Version of the software you are prompted to enter in your product key before the application even opens.
It sounds like you downloaded the Trial version of Power 2 Go which doesn't have the ability to be activated. So I redownloaded everything but there is no place to put in my activation code.
